This beautiful living room is from my client who lives in Weddington. The home is 17 years young and beautiful.

The colors are by Valspar and are just want this house needed. The client wanted colors what were light yet still cozy. If you look at the colors in the area rug, you’ll see that the new palette on the right will go perfectly!

The walls will be a light tan, which is the first color sample shown. The second color will be the new bookcase color (not shown) and the darker brown is the new mantle color. All the wood beams and trim will be in Dove White. This will make a HUGE difference in her living room. Once painted, the size of her room will appear much larger.

Keeping color palettes in a monochromatic color scheme like I have here will aid in making any room appear larger. The soft browns and creams will also keep it cozy
