Not everyone likes purple but it’s certainly a hue to consider. You don’t have to blast in with a Prince Purple but you certainly can!
I would suggest using a soft, muted gray purple, very much towards a gray-lavender. These colors are very likable by ALL members of the family from kids to parents.
Where’s the best place to use these hues? I use them in the Master Bedroom. It’s a great color for both men and women. It’s not too feminine and not too masculine which makes it the right combination for the Master Bedroom. Plus, it’s a very sexy color 😉

I don’t tend to like purple but these hues are unbelievably sexy and I would def consider it. I did have a client who wanted a rich purple and would refuse to tone it down until we put it on her wall and she couldn’t take it after a week.
I’ve seen these hues painted out and they are beautiful! Not every purple is a win win but the soft, muted hues definitely fly.
