Well Fall has just about arrived and I have so much to say about the Fall color palette so hold on to your hats and I’ll get it them out as soon as I can.

One of the first things that come to mind when I think of Fall, besides the amazing colors of course, is snuggling! Yes! It’s snuggle weather! I love the cool, crisp evenings that make you want to grab your partner and snuggle. Get the blankets, hot chocolate, jeans and big sweaters out because here comes the cozy!

Now of course you know that I’m going to tie in some kind of color palette to this post and show you which colors are snuggle worthy right? Right.

Awe! So cute! Bet you thought I was going to post some pumpkin color right? Well sure, and I’ll do that later but I wanted to show you some other options that are just as cozy.

Look at those gorgeous, cuddly cats and don’t they look cozy? So cozy in fact they fell fast asleep. Now look at their color. These are actually my cats and their color has absolutely nothing to do with THEIR nap time but I want to draw your attention to their color.

Here we have a creamy beige on the left and a warm, darker gray on the right. Now these aren’t two colors that come to mind right away when you say cozy but they are warm and certainly inviting. If you’re following through with the gray trend this gray here is a little darker then the most popular grays that are in the home but it’s coming up strong. Ok now let’s get into the really cozy colors. Like I mentioned earlier, Fall is here and I have about 10 blog posts that I need to get out before the Spring comes. Autumn comes with a great color palette and A LOT of people love these colors. Here is just one GOURD-eous Fall color palette. This too is available for purchase – just one color or the entire palette which will be perfect for any home.

Where would these colors go in the home? Let’s see –

I think most of you would put that red in the dining room but let’s do something different, let’s put it in the bedroom! Sexy right? Yes and talk about cuddling!

Green. This is such a family friendly color so put it either in the family room or living room. Very cozy.

Gold. Now this is not the typical dated gold that many people steer clear of. It’s richer, more dramatic and very striking. I would probably suggest this one for the kitchen especially if you have those dark, rich cabinets. Can you picture it?

Orange! Totally Fall, totally cozy and it’s the color trend that I’m forecasting to be the next hot and heavy. Not Home Depot orange but the deep, spicy orange that is very typical of the Fall foliage. I have it in my home and trust me when I tell you everyone loves this color.  I have it in the guest bathroom.
