My tenants moved out Apr 30 and a contractor removed popcorn ceilings, painted exactly what you recommended (Quiet Moments instead of Grecian Green) and refinished hardwood floors.

It looks phenomenal!!!  My property manager & a good friend told me they really like the colors.  Thank you.
