What is ice? It’s frozen water. Water is the Element that I said I’ll be talking about for the next few months, the Winter months. How does ice relate to you and color?
What is ice?
We know it’s frozen water but think of it symbolically. What was once flowing and calming is not stuck in time, hard, cold and motionless.
When we hold onto emotions year after year after year and don’t release it, we create blocks in our body. When we have blocks in our body and don’t release, it turns into a physical ailment.
For example. Having major financial burdens in the home? Strained relationships with family? How’s your lower back feeling? I bet it’s giving you grief big time!
I just gave you an example what the Root Chakra would feel like if it were out of balance. In reference to the ice, it’s just that – cold, hard, stuck feelings that need to be released.
Turn your ice back into water. This is a great color and everyone has a little ice in their life but the awesome thing about it, you can thaw it out anytime you’re ready. Sooner rather than later ok?
Now, when bringing this color into the home, let it be a reminder of what it is that you are holding onto and what it is that you need to release. It’s a great color and I love what it symbolizes.
Be mindful of where you put this color. It’s a great reminder to stay fluent in your home.
Isn’t it nice knowing what the color on your walls mean?
If you like this blue, Valspar has a one that comes pretty close and I love the name!
