Since it’s almost St. Patrick’s Day, I’m going for the green! I’m not talking about four leaf Clovers I’m talking Heart Chakra.
Nestled in your chest and yes, right by your heart is your Heart Chakra. This beautiful green, spinning energy wheel (yes it’s round like all Chakras for the most part) should be the center of your mind, body and Spirit. After all, you gotta have heart right?
FYI: Did you know that Archangel Raphael is associated with the Heart Chakra and healing?
When this Chakra is in balance, you’ll feel peaceful, giving, compassionate and have the ability to forgive others and yourself. This is not always easy to do but by tapping into green and what it stands for, will get you on your way.
This in one main reason I LOVE this color for the home! It HAS to be in the home for this reason alone.
Everyone could use help in balancing this Chakra and it’s as easy as just seeing greengreen which why paining your walls green is key for the holistic home. I have green in my living room and love it.
Now it doesn’t have to be Shamrock green unless you like that, it can be any shade of green. Here again, set your intentions to heal and open your Heart Chakra when you look and green and you begin to balance it.
Make sure you click on the links I have here there further explains the awesomeness of green.
Happy St. Patrick’s day!
