It’s Time To Embrace Your Keepsakes

Spending more time at home? It also happens to be the start of the spring season for many of us, how does that tie in? Spring cleaning, especially those keepsakes.

Now is the perfect time to spruce up your home – a happy home is a happy family! How are you beautifying your home? Here I put out my favorite china and we all should be doing the same.

Now that we are indoors a bit more than usual, it’s the perfect time to do all the things inside your home that you never had time to. Where do you start first? With your china.

Most of us have all our good china and crystal put away in a safe place or to save it for special occasions. Well, if this is not a special occasion now I don’t know what is!

I don’t know about you but I have a china cabinet full of dishes and novelties that have tremendous memories. Like you, it’s all been tucked away for decades just coming out on the occasional Christmas and Easter.

There is nothing better than to surround yourself in the things you love and also, the keepsakes that have beautiful memories. Looking at these items in your home will bring joy to your heart and beautify your home. As you showcase your treasures, share the memories with your family of where it all came from. It’s important for them to know too.

Keep in mind, you can’t take your keepsakes to the box. Enjoy them now. Enjoy life, family and in time … friends.
