What Color Should I Paint My Veterinary Clinic?

When it comes to our animals, we always want the best for them. Going to the Veterinarian office should also be stress-free as possible. How? With the right colors.

I have designed colors for several animal clients, all different color palettes but all the same requests for calming soothing colors. When we see our animals with their tongues hanging out, panting and pacing all over the place, that anxiety and stress transfer right to the owners.

Calming colors are not just for our pets but very much for ourselves. Our pets can sense when we are stressed and they inturn get stressed out as well. Wouldn’t it be awesome to walk into an animal clinic and say “ahhhhh!” because the color palette is so unique and calming?

Gone are the days where you walk into any office and see boring beige and sterile white. We want color is that feels good to us and to our animals.

Even the flooring is important. With the dogs running all over the floor you’ll want flooring that does not scratch easily. Also with those untimely accidents, you’ll need a flooring that is easy to keep clean and durable at the same time. I have vinyl plank in this graphic and I recommend it 100%.

From the colors you choose to the art that is on the walls – walls to the floor and everything in between should feel good to everyone!

Here is another sample of great color design for an animal clinic.

Love the colors but the vinyl plank would be too slippery for aging dogs.
