Great question, right? I knew some of you would be wondering how this is all tying in. As you already know by reading the details in this blog, I am a psychic medium. What does that mean? It gets a little complicated, but for the most part, I pay attention to my senses and have pretty sharp insights. How does that tie in with design? It helps out a boatload!
The virtual world really came into play last year, and by my lucky stars, I’ve already been a virtual designer a few years before 2020. After coming across some cray-cray clients and family members that just gave me the creeps when I met them, I just couldn’t do it anymore.
I’d walk room to room designing color palettes for them, and being a hypersensitive person, I picked up on things that made me totally uncomfortable. The icing on the cake was when I was in a home a few years back where a murder took place, and yes, it was on the TV, news, and papers; the case was THAT big! I’ve been followed home by spirit people (I do not say dead people, I find it very disrespectful) and even got hassled in my dreams from them. So, after setting my boundaries, virtual clients, it was, and it was the best decision I’ve made!
Today as I have a thriving virtual business, I sit in the comfort of my home office with no ghosts to haunt me. I now clearly can tap into my client’s energy and “see” precisely what they need for their home, it’s like a spiritual cheat sheet, and it’s perfect!
It is much better to work from home. You are right, Donna! I wish you the best in your endeavors, friend! 🙂
