You’re going to be surprised by this! There are two colors that I’ve been working with recently that most, if not all, people just love. They are colorful yet neutral. They are light and universal that they go with most decors. What are they?
Surprised right? Me, the Color Girl, loving neutrals? I wouldn’t promote any color unless I stood behind it 100%. How do I know these colors are amazing? Because the Villa Gray is in several rooms of my home and it looks fantastic!
I have Villa Gray in two bedrooms and a small bathroom up on the second floor. What’s great about this color is that you can take it right up onto the ceiling – no more white ceilings! This “gray” is so warm and inviting, and it goes with all my decor in all the rooms. Now THAT is a color we all can use, right?
Now the Whitewashed Oak is also a color I’d use in my home. I only have one neutral in my house, and it’s in the upper hallways; it’s also a Valspar color called Light Raffia, which is similar to Whitewashed Oak. However, if it comes the day when I have to neutralize my home to sell it, this will be the color for sure!
