What does Groundhog day have to do with color? A lot. So many of us stay in the same pattern of “comfort and ease” like, choosing gray for our homes, because it’s effortless and easy. Why not break that pattern and start stepping out of your comfort zone?

We are in a new year. It’s time to try new things, have new thoughts and create new directions.

Time is such an illusion. We do the same things every day, week after week, month after month, year after year. Time seems to go on, but sometimes we feel we are standing still.

What do you want to change in your life? What patterns do you want to break? What patterns do you want to create?

The interesting thing about life is that if we do not learn the lessons the universe presents to us, we will continue those patterns until we get it, understand it and live it. It will be at that time that we can move on, and change time.
