Yellow is slowly becoming the most requested color for the home. Why? Because it not only looks good, it feels good.

Paper Moon by Valspar is light, creamy, and soft. It’s almost like butter yet has a touch of the morning sun. How can you NOT like this color?

Another plus about this color is that it also focuses on your Solar Plexus. Need a little energy to get you through the day? Are you doing a presentation at work and need a little confidence to get the point across? How about if you just want to feel better about yourself, and be more confident? Yellow, any yellow will do this.

Before you choose any yellow, keep in mind that it is a high-energy color. Paper Moon is soft which is why it is my pick for 2021. Many of us have anxiety, ADHD, and suffer from stress. Yellow most certainly can enhance those feels so be extra careful with any yellow. As always, I recommend sampling color and viewing it a few days before committing to a painting.
