Out of all the topics to write about when it comes to color, I can’t stray away from talking about colors that heal. So many of us, myself included, struggle with stress and anxiety, and there is a straightforward solution to how we can make ourselves feel better, and it’s not a pill. It’s color.

Here I’d like to focus on yellow. Why? Because it’s the color of the sun. I know for myself that I felt best on the days I spent outside in the sun. I didn’t take a pill, go to the doctor or run to the interest for some fake medical advice. I went to me, my intuition.
I will say this, if you are going to read anything on the interest, please research your source. There are so many people who make ridiculous suggestions from lying in alfalfa sprouts under a black light. Yes, I saw that ridiculousness on a YouTube video this morning, too, of course, buying their book to help “cure you.”
We will not move forward to feeling better until we take our health into our own hands, and it starts with the sun, and it’s free!
In the graphic I have above, there is a really pretty yellow. I’m not a fan of yellow, but I do like gold. I have said this many times in posts before, and I’ll link to it again here; gold saved me from a HUGE depression when I lived in Pittsburgh. Coincidently, it’s all shades of the sun.
The other colors in the graphic are gorgeous blues and greens also, found very much in nature. So ask yourself this, will nature be the cure to our depression, stress, and anxiety? Yes, blog post to come!
