I’m going to dive right in and say that color, as in Color Therapy, will be essential. What does that mean? As always, getting into nature and reconnecting with what you see, hear, and feel will be the place to start.

Is it really as easy as going outside? Yes! Like we all have changed over time, nature has changed as well. Without going into a big science post, I will say this; since everything is composed of energy, everything changes; it has to. Knowing this, going WITH the flow instead of against it and resisting change will make life so much easier.
When I get all spooled up, I know for myself that I head out to my yard and stay there until I feel leveled again. I smell the air, listen to the birds, touch the plants (see photo), and most importantly, observe all the colors.
As my eye glance at the flora, I connect each color with my chakras. The yellow of this flower energizes my solar plexus. I was drawn to it for what reason? Because of the summer solstice.
Nothing says summer like the color yellow. It’s warm, empowering, and recharges me to the core. This is color therapy, and it’s the easiest way to take your self-healing into your own hands.
It’s time to let go of the past, look forward to the future, and always be in the present. Happy summer solstice!
