There is so much going on around us that does not have our highest good in mind. There are the people who complain, fight, watch it on TV and live it every day. When you are IN that energy every day, not only is it NOT healthy, but it brings all that negatively closer to you. I will not do that. I work really hard every day to avoid my triggers that, in a NY second, will get me right into that pool. I did a lot of inner work in 2020 and will not regress. Every day is a struggle to move forward, and thankfully, every day, it is getting easier. Why? Because of what I choose to keep my focus. A little time off goes a long way. Tapping into Angels always helps!
