Mix and Match: Mindful

What is it to be mindful? Mindfulness is to focus one’s awareness on the moment. Perhaps to quiet the mind and be in the present moment. How can we do that? By adding the right combination of colors to your home. Colors that you wouldn’t think would work together do; it’s just a matter of putting your mind to it and go a little out of your comfort zone and experience different hues. Reach into your mind and THINK your colors.
