This color is just juicy delicious! It’s rich, color has a magical appeal like the velvet cloak of a Wizard. The mystery behind this hue holds a very intuitive expression and each person who likes this color likes it for a different reason.
I’m drawn to plum because it’s in the spiritual family of purple. I love the muted tone as it holds its energy that is grounded yet way up there in the higher realms.
Both men and women would be attracted to plum since it’s one of those universal hues that are neither feminine nor masculine, both can wear this color.
FOR THE HOME: As far as using plum for the home, it would be cozy for the bedroom but I would use it just as an accent, it may be too dark for an entire room. However, for the teen room, it would be perfect!
I’d also like to see this in a media room or for a bathroom using lighter shades to keep the room more open.
Plum is one of those colors you don’t usually see in the home which I’m so a fan of. As 2022 approaches, the colors we choose for our home will have a very personal feeling instead of just choosing color of the year.

I love plum too. Purples and greens are grounding and uplifting for me. I may use it in my small living room. Accent in a medium green dragon color. My earth dragon will feel more at home. Great suggestions dear Donna sis. We were talking about it.
I love this color too Holly but it doesn’t go with anything in my house! My husband will be furious is I choose another color scheme for the house – which I do often 😂
