There’s nothing sorrowful about this blue; it definitely has a presence of energy and intensity but on the subdued side. This is the color to use to quiet emotions, rest the mind and ease the stresses of the day.

I simply love the pale mauve; it reminds me of a mystical moon at night time. Paired with it is a color similar to a muted eggplant which is the accompaniment to this trio.

This color palette can be used for the master bedroom, and how relaxing would that be! If it were my room, I’d put the mauve on the ceiling to soften the entire look of the room.
