Let’s break out of the standard Christmas color wheel and look at options other than red and green.

Let’s keep the green but substitute the red for that rich blue and add gold bows everywhere!

We put blue and green lights outside our home to honor my mom, who passed this year. Blue and green were her favorite Christmas colors. I always wondered why our Christmas tree didn’t look like everyone else’s – where the red and green and why so much blue? Because it’s pretty and unique. 

It’s just like choosing color for your home, pick the colors that mean something to you and go for it. Break away from what everyone else is doing and make your color selection unique and beautiful.
