The other day I was watching TV and saw some colors that caught my eye. They were very similar to these two. The coral was cool and saturated, and the gray was crisp and clean. I had to write about them!

I’m not a fan of any gray, but this cool gray caught my eye. It’s almost like silver, which I love, and probably why I like this gray. 

Now the other color, and I’m just calling it coral, but it’s clearly more on the pink side of coral, is really nice! It feels happy, clear, and uplifting. I know it would be way too much color for all the walls in a room, and accent walls are just too dated, so I’m not sure how or where I’d use the color. Now that I think of it, it would be a dramatic ceiling or door color. Yes, I said ceiling color!

Many colors look great together, of course, but I chose these two because you don’t normally see this duo in a home, and that’s a good thing!

I’m so hoping that we’ll start looking at colors that have been overlooked and start pairing the up. It seems like we are seeing the same colors over and over again. Let’s change that.
