Brown is the color of our knee chakra and represents “connection.” Have you ever felt like it’s hard to find your purpose, a hobby, a job you like, or feel disconnected in life? Here’s a photo of a Sherwin-Williams bathroom. It’s not the typical color you see in a bathroom, but there’s a very good reason why I chose this color for mine.

When we take a bath, we empty our minds, relax, and reconnect with ourselves, the primary point being CONNECTION.

When most people soak in the tub, they meditate and think of their happy place or try to think of nothing at all.  However, this is the perfect time and place to think about yourself.

Since my bathroom is brown, I want to share some things I think about when I balance my knee chakra. Not only am I surrounded by the color of the knee chakra, but these thoughts are in my mind to help me focus and balance my connection to myself.

• I feel strong in the things I want to do for myself.

• I am confident in choosing the things in life that are right for me.

• I put myself first.

• I deserve the best!

• I have not doubt that the things I do in life are best for me.
