Some people get upset that I ask a design fee to offer the color names of ALL my color palettes. Why I ask? I do all the hard work for you and make sure that each of these colors work well with each other.

It’s very frustrating going to a paint store and getting professional assistance let alone asking someone who will take 30 minutes or more out to pick these colors for you and making sure they are the RIGHT colors at that.

This is what I do – it’s all I do! Just color.

It’s a very special niche that I’ve created for myself and have been specializing in just color since 2007. So, if you’re interested in any of my color palettes and yes, they will translate to just about any paint company you want to work with, I will do that for you. The design fee is $100 for about seven colors – ready to go just for you!

I get beautiful, professional emails like this one from people who appreciate another Designer and the work that they have to offer in this field. Here is a sample email I received today:

“I’m in the process of building my dream home and am interested in possibly purchasing your “Best Benjamin Moore Coastal Color Palette. I have chosen many of the colors for my home (I was in the decorating business in my former town for 20 years, so I have a good sense of colorways), but the ones featured on the palette would be a welcome complement.

Please let me know the cost of the palette and how to proceed.”

I had to giggle a bit at this email because here is a person WHO IS A DESIGNER herself and she is reaching out for color assistance. I SO know how she feels! I can choose a color palette for a 3500 square foot home in under an hour but it took me TWO WEEKS to choose just ONE color for my living room. Sometimes we as Designers are just too critical of our choices so we reach out to others that in the long run, will save us time and money.

So I ask you to please understand what I do here. I will be more than happy to help you with any color palette I designed or even if you have one you like that I didn’t design and I can provide color names to incorporate that look.

So please don’t yell at me for “having the nerve to charge for this service” because I’ve been doing this for over 30 years and yes, I do have the nerve to charge for what I love to do and worked so hard to over the years.
